Members of Business by Referral group take part in a tour of the 188th Wing Oct. 22, 2015, where they participated in the predator reaper integrated mission environment (PRIME) simulator and were briefed on the capabilities of the remote air, zonal operations, reach back-processing, assessment and dissemination (RAZORBack PAD) at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Ark. The PRIME is a flight simulator that gives remotely piloted aircraft operators the opportunity to hone their skills during simulated missions. The RAZORBack PAD can assist disaster workers on the ground with video from overhead aircraft to provide information on areas or people most in need during emergency response planning and operations. The City of Taylor, Texas received the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot Award from Capt. Holli Nelson, Oct. 8, 2015, during their City Council meeting. Mayor Pro Tem Chris Gonzales, Councilmen Brandt Rydell and Scott Green and City Manager Isaac Turner accepted the award on the city's behalf.
