Beyond the Horizon: 188th Civil Engineering Squadron deploys to Guatemala

Tech. Sgt. Michael Scott Gilreath swings his pickaxe, breaking apart material to be pulled from a trench. Gilreath, a member of the Arkansas Air National Guard’s 188th Civil Engineering Squadron, is deployed to Guatemala in support of Beyond the Horizon 2012, an Army South-led humanitarian aid and military engineering exercise, and spent his two-week training period constructing an addition to the Centro de Salud clinic in Tactic.
