188th commander introduces military leadership concepts to local business leaders

Col. Bobbi J. Doorenbos, 188th Wing commander, gives a presentation on leadership at the multi-generation family enterprise breakfast July 19, 2016, at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith. The UAFS School of Business hosts quarterly meetings to help local enterprises gain insight on how to better manage their companies. Doorenbos explained how the Air National Guard creates leaders and establishes career progression for Airmen that civilian companies could emulate to further increase productivity and development.
