Master Sgt. Brian Detherage, 188th Security Forces Squadron, is awarded the 2016 Outstanding Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year award Nov. 5, 2016, at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Ark. The Outstanding Airman of the Year program promotes professional development, innovation and mission success by recognizing those who excel in their carrier fields while fostering the cultivation of ready, responsive and highly-skilled Airman.
