188th's Rich named Arkansas Air National Guard First Sergeant of the Year
CAMP JOSEPH T. ROBINSON, Ark. --
Master Sgt. Joshua Rich of the 188th Fighter Wing was named Arkansas Air National Guard First Sergeant of the Year. Maj. Gen. William Wofford, the adjutant general of the Arkansas National Guard, presented Rich with an Arkansas Distinguished Service Medal at Camp Joseph T. Robinson Maneuver Training Center, Ark.
