Conversion excursion: Tail No. 586 departs 188th for new home

Maj. Michael Roche, a pilot with the 76th Fighter Squadron, Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, taxies an A-10C Thunderbolt II "Warthog" (Tail No. 586). The aircraft left Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Arkansas was delivered to Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, April 18, 2014, as part of the 188th's mission conversion from the A-10 to a remotely piloted aircraft, intelligence and targeting mission.
