188th Wing showcases ISR Center of Excellence strategy during 25th Air Force commander visit

John Shanahan, commander of the 25th Air Force, the AN/UPQ-8(V) Single Ground Threat Emitter at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Ark., Dec. 11, 2014. The AN/UPQ-8(V) Single Ground Threat Emitter is a radar threat simulator used in land, air and sea environments simulating frequency characteristics of certain hostile missiles, anti-aircraft artillery and ground radar sites.
