Tech. Sgt. Michael Wilmoth receives the Outstanding Service Award from Col. Bobbi Doorenbos, 188th Wing commander, for the Noncommissioned Officer of the Year category. Forty two Outstanding Airmen of the Year nominees were recognized Dec. 5, 2015 during a commander's call for their exceptional service to the wing throughout the last year that distinguished themselves among the best in the 188th.
