Col. Mark W. Anderson, 188th Fighter Wing commander, delivers a speech during the opening ceremony for the Memorial Vietnam Wall April 24. The Memorial Vietnam Wall is a portable 8-foot by 240-foot replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. The three-quarter-scale faux granite replica is engraved with more than 58,000 names of veterans who died or were reporting missing during the Vietnam War.
