Beyond the Horizon: Arkansas Guard leadership visits 188th civil engineers in Guatemala

The 188th CES deployed three teams in three, separate two-week rotations to Guatemala to support BTH, a U.S. Army South-led humanitarian aid and military engineering exercise demonstrating U.S. support and commitment to Guatemala.
