Beyond the Horizon: 188th Civil Engineering Squadron deploys to Guatemala
Staff Sgt. Joshua Denniston steps out after digging a trench that will eventually become the foundation of a women’s clinic in the Guatemalan town of Tactic. Denniston, an Airman with the Arkansas Air National Guard’s 188th Civil Engineering Squadron, is deployed to Guatemala in support of Beyond the Horizon 2012 and will spend two weeks working in Tactic to nearly double the available space of the Centro de Salud clinic. The 188th CES, which is part of the 188th Fighter Wing, sent three teams in three separate two-week rotations to Guatemala. (U.S. Army photo by Spc. Anthony D. Jones)
