Yellow Ribbon - March 2012
A Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program predeployment event was held March 3, 2012, at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Fort Smith, Ark. The objective of the program is to educated service members who are preparing to deploy and service members just returning from deployments on what resources are available to them. The program also educates service members on their obligations, responsibilities and rights as National Guardsmen.
