188th Fighter Wing aids Arkansas flood victims

Airman 1st Class Joshua Cooper, a utilities specialist, and Staff Sgt. Shannon Felicia, a heavy equipment journeyman, with the 188th Civil Engineering Squadron of the Arkansas Air National Guard, assemble cots in the housing section of the DRBS unit May 11, 2011.
