Kandahar homecoming

Family members of deployed 188th Fighter Wing Airmen await the arrival of a DC-10 carrying more than 200 Guardsmen, who returned from a deployment to Kandahar Airfield in Afghanistan May 17. A homecoming assembly was held at the 188th's Consolidated Maintenance Facility. More than 1,000 people flocked to the 188th to show their support and welcome home their deployed loved ones.
