Command Sgt. Maj. Kim Hubbard of the Arkansas National Guard Agriculture Development Team posts the group's guide-on in front of the team's headquarters to mark the beginning of another day of operations April 28, 2010. The ADT stood up its operations in Zabul Province, Afghanistan, where it will provide agricultural education, training and assistance to farmers and herdsmen. The 188th Fighter Wing deployed three unit members with the ADT, including Maintenance Squadron commander, Lt. Col. David Sheely, who is the team leader for the ADT's agricultural specialists.
