Embassy Meeting – Maj. Gen. William Wofford (center), adjutant general of the Arkansas National Guard and Brig. Gen. Riley Porter (right), commander of the Arkansas Air National Guard meet with Ms. Kay Anske, deputy chief of missions at the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala. The generals, along with commanders and senior enlisted advisors of several units of the Arkansas Air National Guard were in Guatemala Aug. 5-8 for a Senior Leader Exchange with the Guatemalan Air Force as part of the State Partnership Program through the National Guard Bureau. The generals explained the capabilities and missions of the Guard, and discussed possible future cooperative exchanges with the Guatemalan military. (Air Force Photo by Maj.
