Conversion Day
188th Wing Honor Guard members from left: Master Sgt. Sean Lindsey, Tech Sgt. Jean Jackson, Staff Sgt. Caressa Soriano and Senior Airmen Richard Green. The Airmen posted the colors at a Conversion Day ceremony held at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Arkansas, June 7, 2014. The ceremony was to recognize the many changes occurring at the wing as a result of its conversion to a remotely piloted aircraft (MQ-9 Reapers) and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance mission.
