188th celebrates Black History Month - 2014

Col. Mark Anderson, 188th Fighter Wing commander, right, presents a certificate of presentation to Baridi Nkokheli, City of Fort Smith director of sanitation, following a Black History Month event at the 188th Fighter Wing headquarters auditorium Feb. 9, 2014. Nkokheli conducted a Bass Reeves presentation as part of the event. Because of his resemblance to the former U.S. Marshal and Van Buren, Ark., native Reeves, Nkokheli often re-enacts the character of Reeves in presentations around the area.
