Tech. Sgt. Robert G. Ellis II scans the horizon at 188th Wing Detachment 1 Razorback Range at Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center, Ark., Nov. 6, 2014. Ellis was selected as The Flying Razorback spotlight for December 2014. Ellis is the 188th’s joint terminal attack controller (JTAC) trainer. He trains Special Operations JTACs from every branch to ensure they maintain their certifications and they’re prepared for future combat deployments.
