Leadership Fort Smith visits 188th Wing

Representatives of Leadership Fort Smith gather for a group photo at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Ark., to conclude their visit of the 188 Wing, Oct. 8, 2015. During their tour Leadership Fort Smith members visited the remote air, zonal operations, reach back-processing assessment and dissemination (RAZORPAD) and the predator reaper integrated mission equipment (PRIME) trainer. Leadership Fort Smith is an organization dedicated to learning, connecting, and leading. It is a professional development opportunity that offers participants a back-stage pass to the Fort Smith Region. Base tours like this build and foster a positive working relationship with the city of Fort Smith and the surrounding communities, while keeping them informed of how we serve them.
