Chaplain (Col.) Thomas Smith, Arkansas Joint Force Headquarters command chaplain, provides Senior Master Sgt. Smith has served the 188th Wing for more than 20 years as a wing chaplain and the full-time base chaplain. Smith has served for 10 years overseas in the Philippines as a missionary and has pastored for 40 years. With more than 45 years preaching, Smith brings diverse experience and knowledge to the Arkansas Air National Guard and continues to mentor Airman and Soldiers as he serves at Arkansas JFHQ.
