How to file a noise concern:

1. Annotate the time, location and if possible a description of the aircraft. 

2. Call the 188th Wing Public Affairs Office at 479-573-5323 or email your concern to 188.wg.pa.public.affairs.omb.org@us.af.mil

3. The 188th Wing Public Affairs office representative will respond to your concern.

Please note that the Public Affairs office is not open on federal holidays or on weekends.
