A former 188th Fighter Wing A-10C Thunderbolt II “Warthog” (Tail No. 644) awaits a weapons reload at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Feb. 10, 2014. The A-10 was one of the first two Warthogs to depart the 188th’s Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Ark., Sept. 10, 2013, signaling the beginning of the end of the unit’s fighter mission.
