CAMP JOSEPH T. ROBINSON, Ark. -- Master Sgt. Stephen Walbe of the 188th Fighter Wing was named Arkansas Air National Guard Honor Guardsman of the Year. Maj. Gen. William Wofford, the adjutant general of the Arkansas National Guard, presented Walbe with an Arkansas Distinguished Service Medal at Camp Joseph T. Robinson Maneuver Training Center, Ark.
