188th Wing welcomes 123rd Intel Squadron under its flag
Lt. Col. Tina Lipscomb, 123rd Intelligence Squadron commander, stands in formation with her Airmen during the 188th Wing’s Conversion Day ceremony June 7, 2014, at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Arkansas. The 123rd, formerly a geographically separated unit with the Arkansas Air National Guard located at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, now falls under the 188th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group of the newly redesignated 188th Wing. The 123rd will physically move its operation to the 188th over the next two years as part of the 188th’s mission conversion from A-10C Thunderbolt II “Warthogs” to ISR and remotely piloted aircraft.
