    The Arkansas Air National Guard 188th Wing’s Unclassified Processing, Assessment and Dissemination (UPAD) capability was activated May 25, 2019, along with other state agencies in response to imminent widespread flooding throughout the state of Arkansas as reservoirs in Oklahoma swelled from heavy rains. These assets assisted emergency managers in making critical decisions and directing response activities during this emergency.
